Holistic Parenting Solutions      What is holistic parenting?  Good question.  When I wanted to learn more about holistic approaches to parenting, I ran into some folks that said they were holistic. What I found was that they had a certain agenda about parenting that was non-traditional.      When I was looking for preschool centers, I ran into this description for a holistic approach: Expanding the Mind  * Energizing the Body  *  Enriching the Spirit        I love this, as it is really about honoring the whole child. In my approach, it is really about dealing with the fit between you as a parent and your child as an individual.  This is why I do not follow any one parenting Guru.  I do not believe there is one method or theory of parenting that matches all children and/or families.
